TE-TOL seeks coal for 2010

Termoelektrama Toplarna Ljubljana, TE-TOL, a state-controlled heat and power producer serving the Slovenian capital, has invited bids by August 3 for coal with a heating value totaling 1.315 million gigajoules for delivery on April 1, 2010. The tender is for a cargo of unblended coal with quality specified on a net as received basis at 16-21 GJ/mt, total moisture of maximum 35%, ash content of maximum 3%, volatile matter of minimum 30%, total sulfur of maximum 0.2%, Hardgrove Grindability Index (HGI) minimum 45 and a size of maximum 50 mm.
