ERU to set out Net4Gas stance

The Czech energy regulator has said it will provide its standpoint on the sale of the country's gas pipeline operator Net4Gas to all bidders who have registered interest with seller RWE Transgas by the deadline for preliminary interest of June 8.The ERU's views on the future regulatory framework for gas shipment and distribution should be included in the tender documentation handed out to initial bidders between June 18 and 22, it added in a June 5 statement.Bids are expected from among others Czech privately-owned energy group Energeticky a Prumyslovy Holding, Poland's gas network operator Gaz-System and local gas explorer and producer KKCG.
