The National Association of Pipe Coating Applicators (NAPCA) experienced a busy year in 2018 as it continued its concentrated efforts to develop actionable technical information and to disseminate it to the industry. Based on several important measures and the improvement of the condition of the oil and gas industry, the association added several new members and further improved its financial position as its leaders laid the groundwork for its future success. NAPCA also continued its initiative to maintain better contact with and to provide additional timely information to its members through its social media sites on Linkedln and Facebook. These additional modes of communication were rolled out in early 2017 and have enabled NAPCA to better promote its events and to maintain better connections with its members between its planned events.
