The Paper Industry Management Association has been a vital part of the paper industry for more than 75 years, but like any organization PIMA must change to meet the new demands of its members. PIMA has made a number of changes we think will benefit all its members, including: 1. Developing a new Strategic Plan that focuses PIMA operations on improving services for its key customers. 2. Creating an operating plan that assures PIMA is organized and operating in line with our strategic plan. 3. Upgrading PIMA Headquarters staff. 4. Creating a new proactive management structure that is customer-oriented, from the board of directors to the office switchboard.
