Translating law

The ultimate linguistic challenge as some call it, legal translation has always proved a rough ride for both translators and trainers, so that many consider it an esoteric field of knowledge, out of reach for curriculum designers or classroom specialists. The increasingly globalized world we live in has, however, increased demand for slick legal translators, to which Cao's Translating law is a qualified response.
