Life of an IT Manager or network administrator is no bed of roses...Endless late sittings in office, work starts after everyone else has left for the day, no break during weekends because of routine network maintenance jobs, and users who're never happy and mostly thankless. If you're an IT Manager/Network Admin, then I'm sure you'll agree with me on most of these points. If you're not an IT Manager, then I'm sure you know one who fits the bill just right.
