Cioud computing is enhancing customerdvocacy and loyalty for SMBs, and isnabling them to connect with potentialustomers in other parts of the country,and the world. These findings were brought out in thestudy on 'Socio-Economic Impact of Cloud Adoptionby SMBs in India'conducted by the Thought ArbitrageResearch Institute (TARI) in association with Microsoft.
