A daily concern of box plant managers is the safely of their employees. There are countless ways that employees can be injured on the job; surprisingly, one of those is the workers' own unsafe behavior. Supervisors may not immediately correct the unintentional actions, so employees are not aware of their unsafe acts. Or maybe it becomes an accepted practice in the facility since workers have been doing it "that way" for so long.
