摘要

The paper industry is a basic raw material industry closely related to national economic and social development. The sustainable development of paper enterprises is also a hot topic in recent years. With the development of knowledge economy, improving the efficiency of dissemination and promotion of organizational knowledge innovation achievements within the organization has become an important factor affecting the process of organizational knowledge innovation. In this paper, the authors analyse the performance evaluation model of papermaking enterprise innovation management based on organizational shared mental model. Because the organization shared mind plays an important role in the process of knowledge innovation, so that papermaking enterprises should focus on building a special management structure system for the dissemination and dissemination of knowledge innovation achievements. In view of the current pollution problem, paper enterprises emphasize technological innovation and green production.
