Harnessing support for prioritised Cochrane reviews in health promotion and public health - update from the Cochrane Health Promotion and Public Health Field

Le programme comporte plusieurs grandes étapes : 1) établir un ordre de priorité parmi les sujets d'intervention en promotion de la santé et santé publique à analyser dans les revues Cochrane ; 2) identifier des sources de financement nécessaires pour soutenir la production des revues Cochrane ; et 3) identifier et motiver les analystes qui devront réaliser les revues Cochrane.%In a previous issue of Promotion & Education, we reported on the development of a project of the Cochrane HPPH Field to identify global issues to be promoted and further supported as priority topics for Cochrane systematic reviews of the intervention research literature. The overall aim of the programme of research, which began in 2002, is to increase the number of Cochrane reviews of health promotion and public health topics that are of global importance. The specific stages of the program are to: 1) prioritise health promotion and public health intervention topics for review, 2) identify and secure funding opportunities to support the production of prioritised reviews, and 3) identify and gain the commitment of reviewers to undertake these reviews.
