When the State Farm Corporate Library began adding audiobooks to its collection a few years ago, the response was phenomenal. Employees, especially commuters, loved being able to get quality material in an audio format. It allowed many people to use their commuting time more productively. Audiobooks also provided a way for employees to stay up-to-date on the latest ideas impacting their businesses. The popularity of audiobooks created some new, albeit positive, challenges. Not only do we have a problem keeping audio titles on the shelves, but some patrons literally can't get enough. This is coupled with the fact that few business books are popular enough to make it into audio format.
