In mid-July, with the relentless Mancunian sun beating irresistibly on the city centre's Manchester University Campus, hundreds of delegates made their way from all over the UK and the world, to this years MNL conference in high spirits. The uncharacteristic heat failed to stifle the buzz and anticipation surrounding this well-timed conference. Interest from every aspect of the industry was obvious from the packed exhibition hall and the busy lecture theatres. The scene was set for discussion and debate on one of the most important issues in the UK today - Managing Nuclear Liabilities. And did the conference disappoint? It Did Not.
