Nuvia Limited has gained considerable expertise and experience working in the field of nuclear-based decommissioning over many years both here in the United Kingdom and abroad. This capability has been strengthened by development in-house of a range of nucleonic systems that complement decommissioning in support of options for disposal of the waste materials. Environmental considerations always overlay decommissioning operations with the objective of minimisation of waste volumes and their associated categorisations. In addition to decommissioning, Nuvia's close involvement with the complementary waste characterisation and land remediation operations has focussed development of a number of specialist systems that can be deployed on the waste materials.
