摘要

The application of complex signals with a large time--bandwidth product in radar is considered. A new model based on the Radon transform is proposed for solving radar and radio navigational problems. The standards are simulated on the basis of the Radon transform. The hardware implementation is considered for radars based on an untraditional design concept when data are processed at the carrier frequency in the centi- meter and millimeter wave bands. The hardware and methodical basis of a new radiotechnical measuring sys- tem is considered. The system is based on fractal algorithms and is designed for the solution of a wide class of problems.
