On the Restoration of Images Distored by a Symmetric Blur, Defocusing, and an Amplitude Blur

Iterative methods of restoring images distorted by various types of determinate functions are considered. The proposed algorithms are modifications of well-known foreign algorithms applied to particular engineering problems. The results of processing are presented for images obtained by the Hubble Space Telescope at the instant when its optical section experienced substantial static aberrations of an unknown type.
