摘要

With a new formulation of the spatial ergodicity hypothesis, the efficiency of the space and time estimation of the stochastic characteristics of random spatial fields in the presence of the general motion of the medium (wind or drift) is analyzed. The problem is solved in both cases of the isomeric random field and the anisomeric one. Based on a new approach to the spatial ergodicity, the Taylor theorem related to the "frozen" turbulence is proved.
