摘要

You know that common student nightmare—the one where you know you have a class, but you don't know where and you don't know what class it is? And you haven't done the homework— you don't even know what the homework is? As a student taking more than the maximum-allowed number of credits, I never had this nightmare. Later, I worked full time and went to school full time, and still I never had this nightmare. Then I became an adjunct professor. And that's when I experienced the horror of waking up in the middle of the night sweating.
