But, in my defence, I would have to say that the A~B photograph used in Research Notes #212 was not the one I originally had in mind. That photograph, showing J1214 on the southbound Taneatua Express, is included here, and does look along Massey Road towards Otahuhu. It was taken on the same soggy day, Saturday 6 October 1951, and Bill Stewart was holding the camera once again. It's just that I didn't compare the two images as well as I should have, and consequently got the A~B caption wrong.
