This issue introduces two ongoing R & D projects conducted in the R & D Projects on Application of Industrial Technology: Optical Disk System with Nano-precision Control, and Humanoid Robotics, and one R & D project in the R & D Projects in Cooperation with Academic Institutions: Platform for Design ing High Functional Materials.
