MPEG4 CONDEC

摘要

MPEG4 standardization will be completed within this year. It provides a new coding standard that is a collection of tools. Its applications cover mobile communication and the Internet as well as storage media and broadcasting. This paper describes and overview of the MPEG4 standard and also explains detailed MPEG4 technologies dedicated to the mobile environment.
