In the current stagnant economy, every efforts by the Rail-way Industry & Services to increase revenue opportunity have met with challenge and difficulty for the reason of reduced number of travelers. In order to overcome such difficult situation, the Industry has been making efforts to increase efficiency and productivity through investment on IT systems applied to base operations like Automatic Traffic Operation Control or the Automatic passenger' Gate Control. Further efforts have been made to develop and pursue business opportunity through research into travelers' behavior, wants and satisfaction.
