WELCOME TO THE SPECIAL EDITION celebrating the awesome achievements of 30 women role models, mentors and pioneering STEM advocates.The Naval Engineers Journal (NEJ) provides ASNE the opportunity to reach out to naval engineers and STEM advocates. The vision of this special edition is to provide examples and role models for girls of the vast array of engineering disciplines and STEM fields for potential career options. ASNE understood the opportunity to be more representative of the diverse and inclusive American society and the need to partner with female colleagues to assist in developing and supporting the talented women in naval engineering and STEM.
