The world of modern science is constantly producing results. That means data-and lots of it. Luckily, new scientific software in the fields of genetic, materials and statistical analysis is being introduced to help process this massive amount of information. From intelligent analysis to stunning, user-friendly graphics, these products make scientific analysis a cinch. From next-generation sequencing (NGS) to genotyping projects, todays genetics experiments produce too much data for people to process. That is why genetic analysis software has become so critical. SoftGenetics~R NextGENe~(TM) is a software suite that allows biologists to easily and effectively analyze the immense amount of data produced by NGS systems, which can generate 3 billion bases in a couple of days. With informatics applications ranging from human disease research and diagnostics to animal and plant research, NextGENe can be used for digital gene expression studies, de novo assembly, miRNA discovery and quantification, SNP/Indel detection and transcriptome/ChlP-Seq Analysis. NextGENe software uses low-cost Windows~R 64-bit hardware and analyzes data from all three major NGS systems on the market: including the Illumina Genome Analyzer, Applied BioSystems SOLiD System and Roche Genome Sequencer FLX.
