Chromatography continues to be a mainstay in analyte purification and quantification some 100 years after the technology was first discovered. Today liquid chromatography (LC) remains at the forefront for the purification of biologies - including monoclonal antibodies and proteins. Likewise, developments in Gas Chromatography (GC) continue to make it an important analytical method. Some recent technological developments in the field are detailed below.
