For northern hemisphere observers Mercury will appear in the evening sky after the end of the third week; by month's end Mercury will be standing very low above the west-northwest horizon and will set below the west-northwest horizon about 1/2 hour later. For southern hemisphere observers Mercury will appear in the evening sky after the end of the third week; by month's end Mercury will be standing very low above the west-northwest horizon and will set below the west-northwest horizon about 1/2 hour later.
