Gustomers are wonderful. They are always right, hand over their money, never complain and obediently linernup to provide statistics of endless growth to back up our desire for a bigger, better railway. Passengers, on the other hand, are a nuisance. Just look at some of the things they do. It's not you, it's not me...it's all those others causing the trouble.rnThe very beginning of the journey process is the desire to travel. Sometimes passengers have to go to work which is very predictable so we like that, but for passengers that's not enough, oh no, they all want to go to work at the same time. We try to deter this madness by charging them a fortune to go on the most crowded trains but still they come.
