Javelin spearheads timetable changes

Southeastern is leading the changes in the December timetable this year with a large-scale recast tornaccommodate the formal introductionrnof Class 395 services on High Speed 1. The new timetable was covered in detail in the March 2008 issue of Modern Railways. In summary, the off-peak Class 395 services on HS1 will comprise:rn1. two services from north Kent, starting at Faversham;rn2. two services from Ashford (one originating in Dover, the other running from Ramsgate via Canterbury West).
