Incorporating a series of 175-inch diameter, precision bearing wheels that pop-up between 1-inch belts, the ProSort MRT 30-degree divert is offered as an addition to the supplier's narrow belt sortation line. Ideal for small-to-medium products, the low-cost diverter delivers throughput rates of 150 cartons per minute. The system uses special cabling that specifically provides power to divert motors throughout the unit. This cabling saves time and money during a simple installation process that allows for it to be moved on 3-inch increments along the unit, adding to the flexibility of the line. The MRT 30 can also be integrated with 90-degree transfers within the same sorter unit.
