Someone phoned me up last week (early October) and said that on several occasions, both he and his mates had tried to buy something from a Free Advert only to find it had been sold before they received the magazine. To make matters worse, he informed me that a lot of the items they had not managed to buy had been bought by a dealer and ended up being advertised for a lot more than was paid for them. Rumblings had been heard that they thought something suspicious was going on, and that maybe the dealer concerned had insider knowledge.
