The four way tool post, supplied with my machine was designed to accept only half inch square tool bits. Likewise the quick change system I kept back from my last lathe only accepts this size of tooling. The tools I intend to use are on 20mm and 16mm diameter bars, while the others are on 20mm square shanks.
