Enfield Council is engaged on a unique and exciting journey of transformation and now needs an ambitious Executive Director of Resources to help deliver the change programme. Enfield is the fifth largest London borough by population, at 333,869 (2018 mid-year estimate), an increase of 1,162 (0.35%) over the previous 12 months. The greatest increase was 1.65% for the 65+ population while the borough is diverse - with overseas-born residents making up 36.8%. Ian Davis adds: The range of responsibilities assigned to the Executive Director, Resources at Enfield Council will provide positive challenge to the postholder and a chance for the right person to make the role their own. As well as leading a dedicated team of committed and skilled finance officers this Executive Director will take on delivering aspects of wider customer services and information that will affect how all staff work and how residents engage with us. Our customer experience offer continues to evolve, and our upgrade and refresh of our supporting ICT systems is rolling out.'
