Fears raised over council home care cuts

Almost half of people receiving council funding for home care are worried about their services being cut or removed entirely, according to new research by the consumer watchdog Which? A survey by the magazine found 47% of people were concerned about services being dropped, while only a third knew about their right to a carer's assessment.
