Conference calls on everyone to take part

Ever since prioritisation became a key part of the Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) framework, local authorities have been trying to ensure they identify their priorities - and that these priorities are clearly communicated. And after our 'good' CPA rating in 2004, we took steps to work with councillors to establish three corporate priorities which reflect our mission of 'Improving people's lives'. These aims are clearly set out in our council strategy, and agreed by the entire council. What makes East Hampshire DC different is the way we allocate our resources to these priorities.
