The chief executive of leading charity, Mencap, has warned that up to 30 staff could be made redundant as the organisation strives to make £1.5m in savings.Mark Goldring said the national group was seeking to reduce costs across the organisation, and was consulting with staff over possible redundancies. Units affected by the restructuring process would include campaigns and policy, communications and fundraising, he confirmed.
