Bolton MBC's former boss is expected to be named the new chief executive of Ealing LBC, The MJ understands. Paul Najsarek stepped down from his previous role due to family commitments in November - just five months after he started. The appointment is awaiting ratification by Ealing's full council on 23 February. Prior to working at Bolton MBC, Mr Najsarek served as interim head of paid services for Harrow LBC as the authority experimented with doing away with the top job. Buckinghamshire CC has named senior officer Neil Gibson as its new interim chief executive, subject to ratification from full council this week.
