Northern cities, top the list for environment ana infrastructure

Northern cities come out top for having the best environment and infrastructure for businesses, according to the latest survey of all 325 local authority areas in England. The analysis by research consultancy Local Futures in partnership with The MJ finds that North Tyneside is the top local authority area followed by Stockton on Tees while the top city is Sunderland followed by Preston.
