Current NASDAQ OMX Vice Chair Michael Oxley will be this year's keynote speaker at The Aluminum Association's spring meeting, April 20-21. Oxley is a former Congressmen and past Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee. Oxley is best known for his co-authorship of the landmark Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, which helped restore confidence in the capital markets and created a new accounting oversight board for publicly traded companies.
