Legislative Matters Divide NJ Recyclers

Guy Watson, Chief of the New Jersey Bureau of Recycling and Planning, presented an update of the New Jersey Recycling Law, and specifically NJ bill S.2528, which "provides an exemption from the source separation requirements of municipal recycling ordinances for persons occupying commercial and institutional premises so long as the materials required to be recycled are otherwise recycled in accordance with certain conditions and requirements set forth in the bill."
