BIR Reports Steady Demand For Fiber

Steady demand for scrap fiber was reported in Europe during the fourth quarter of 2016, reported sources for the Bureau of International Recycling (BIR) in its quarterly scrap fiber report. Many European countries reported good and stable demand for recovered fiber on both the domestic and export fronts.
