Global recycling company Sims Limited said it is strivingto raise the number of women it employs from the current21 percent of its workforce to 25 percent.In a posted essay on its web site, the company cites its secureelectronics recycling and auto shredder residue (ASR)treatment efforts as two of those ways, and adds “closing thegender gap” as the third.
