Dover Corp. Completes Acquisition Of Soft-Pak

Environmental Solutions Group (ESG), Chattanooga, Ten-neesee, announced that Dover Corp., ESG's ultimate parent entity, has completed the previously announced acquisition of San Diego, California-based So. Cal. Soft-Pak Inc. (Soft-Pak). Soft-Pak is an independent provider of integrated back office, route management and customer relationship management software solutions to the waste and recycling fleet industry.
