Aria has been steadily expanding since 2003, with environmental concerns at the top of its development agenda. Last December the company announced plans to reduce its CO2 emissions by 34% by 2020. However, huge progress has already been made to reduce the company's environmental impact, as Michael Finch explains. Aria's Stourton dairy has been subject to steady investment and development since 2003 and is now processing close to 500 million litres of milk per annum.
