LVC training links real soldiers/vehicles/aircraft (live) with ground-/air-/ sea-based (virtual) and simulated threats (constructive), allowing individuals and crews to train within a complex threat environment previously unavailable for live tactical training. LVC minimizes the need for multiple real assets (vehicles, aircraft, ships) to participate in training scenarios, extending range capacity and reducing the costs of expensive live training.
