ACTS is the nation's largest not-for-profit provider of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) with 19 communities in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. ACTS communities offer an attractive combination of a resort-style atmosphere, amenities, and conveniences with the security of Life Care. ACTS' Type-A Life Care contract ensures residents access to assisted living and nursing care with no risk of increase in monthly fees for a higher level of care.
