Give Me 10! Quarterly Awards

During the 2009 give me 10! Campaing, awards will be presented each quarter to the top-recruiting council in each of the four regions as well as the top-recruiting independent chapter (a chapter that is not yet served by a state council). Each top-recruiting council in four regions will receive an incentive check for $500, and the top-recruiting independent chapter will receive $250.
