After reading the complete "Partners in Africa" article [June 2009], I see nothing but problems. I see millions if not billions of dollars being funneled into a nightmarish problem. Think back to Somalia and how [American troops] got our butts kicked....rnWe have absolutely no business being involved with other countries and especially huge continents such as Africa. Let's work on solutions to get [the U.S.] out of our involvements in Iraq and Afghanistan where we don't belong.
