Chapter Achievements

The Houston Area Chapter has started a permanent endowment fund at the University of Houston that will assist ROTC cadets. The 250-member chapter raised $13,000 in five months, and members are preparing to launch several fundraisers to increase the endowment fund to $200,000. Interest from the fund will be used to provide educational grants to cadets who drill at the university. ROTC staff members will select the recipients, and the university will administer the fund.
