U.S. Navy electronic warfare (EW) experts are reaching out to industry for new ways of detecting and countering enemy RF and microwave threats by automatically alerting war-fighters to abnormal signals.Officials of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division in Crane, Ind., have issued a request for solutions (N0016420SNB55) for the Radio Frequency Spectrum Dominance (RFSD) Prototype Project.
