International Rectifier introduces rugged power ICs for automotive applications

International Rectifier in El Segundo, Calif., is introducing the AUIRS4427S dual low-side driver power integrated circuit (IC) for low-, mid-, and high-voltage rugged power control automotive applications, such as general-purpose motor drives, automotive DC-DC converters, and hybrid power train drives. ThernAUIRS4427S power IC is a low-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver qualified to AEC-Q100 standards. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage for minimum driver cross-conduction and matched propagation delay for both channels.
