SHFE looks to launch 25T-lot lead futures

The Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) is looking at launching lead futures with a 25-tonne lotsize addingto speculation that it could do the same for its copper, aluminium and zinc contracts. The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) said late on Friday that it had approved SHFE's lead futures debut, although no date has been setforthe launch.
